About the wine...
Hand picked from 16 year old vines on the eastern and western blocks at our Forest Grove Vineyard. Fermented and stored in 30% new Burgundian Tonnellerie oak, on lees for 11 months, using 3 different yeasts, battonage every 3 weeks. 50% malolactic fermentation to add a silky texture to the mid palate. Both blocks harvested and kept separate throughout the entire process.
Bottling in early February 2018 | 13.5% alc.
